Customer Success Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through issue resolution, best practices, and service optimizations.
- Lead onboarding processes and customer training to ensure effective adoption of Datafy’s product.
- Monitor customer usage, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations to improve performance and scalability.
- Represent customers’ technical and business needs to internal teams, contributing to product roadmaps and improvements based on real-world use cases.
- Identify growth opportunities and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline issue resolution and enhance customer workflows.
- Work closely with internal support, engineering, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Kubernetes administration and storage.
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (preferably AWS).
- Strong expertise in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Scripting & Automation skills (Bash, Python, or Terraform).
- Experience with monitoring and performance optimization tools.
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles and meeting sales expansion KPIs.
