Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy and roadmap to increase revenue growth, from demand gen and content marketing to designing a new category and brand recognition
- Build and optimize marketing infrastructure, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze, report, and optimize all marketing programs based on ROI and demand generation effectiveness
- Create and oversee impactful technical and marketing content, including blogs, guides, case studies, and videos, that showcase the value of our unique offering, effectively communicating our story to both technical and non-technical audiences to attract leads and enhance our brand presence.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize results.
- Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all channels, including events, campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials, aligned with demand generation, content, customer engagement, PR, and brand positioning.
- Lead the scale-up process of the marketing organization from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in building, managing, and leading high-scale B2B marketing organizations
- At least 3 years of experience in SaaS ABM and marketing to Devops, Finops, Cyber Security or infrastructure teams.
- Technically minded, with knowledge of AWS and cloud computing markets
- Significant experience across multiple marketing functions, including digital demand generation, content, branding, and PR, with a proven ability to collaborate on partner marketing and develop innovative strategies for customer engagement.
- Strong creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and project management skills
