Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Drive the talent agenda and provide clear leadership on talent management, including assessing, onboarding, developing, coaching, and mentoring.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for roles across multiple disciplines and geographies.
- Global Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top talent, leveraging both traditional and innovative recruitment methods.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics across various global locations.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in recruitment , with a proven track record of hiring for high growth startup companies and managing global recruitment efforts.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of technical roles and skill sets, particularly in software development, infrastructure engineering, and related disciplines.
- Global Focus: Demonstrated success in recruiting talent internationally, with an understanding of diverse cultural and professional expectations.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment technologies.
- Proactive Approach: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
